How to make bubble❓ 🗒Ingredient tapioca 100 (g) brown sugar 40 (g) water 65 (g) 🥘Recipe as follows Get boiling water then add brown sugar (stir well) Pour into tapioca  Knead to dough till non - sticky soft touch  Sprinkle some tapioca to touch then use rolling pin to shape flatten dough which is 0.7~0.8(centimeters) Use flour knife in touch to square  Pick up and knead tough to circular cube In a procedure, when the touch feel dry, just add some water.
