How to make bubble❓
🗒Ingredient
  • tapioca 100 (g)
  • brown sugar 40 (g)
  • water 65 (g)
🥘Recipe as follows
  • Get boiling water then add brown sugar (stir well)
  • Pour into tapioca 
  • Knead to dough till non - sticky soft touch 
  • Sprinkle some tapioca to touch then use rolling pin to shape flatten dough which is 0.7~0.8(centimeters)
  • Use flour knife in touch to square 
  • Pick up and knead tough to circular cube

 In a procedure, when the touch feel dry, just add some water. On the contrary, add some tapioca for keep good texture.

 Now we have know that how to make bubble ! 👍

Today I want to introduce local dishes in Songshan Raohe Street Night Market of Taiwan, which food is pepper cake. My introduction is in below,  picture is from UDN This food is from China Fuzhou area which is  become globalization. Outside of pepper cake is Crispy and inside include juicy pork, we also add some black pepper and shallot. Then we put it in stove by grilled. picture is from GOMAJI Its good to try it. But how to go there, let me introduce to you. First, arrive the Taoyuan Airport then go to Taoyuan Mass Rapid transit, then buy ticket from Taoyuan to Taipei main station in machine about 160 TWD. Have you ever tried "red bean cake" in Taiwan ? It is not the salty flavor, we make sweet flavor in Taiwan. This chinese name is “紅豆餅”, which pinyin is "Hong dou bing", and we also have other name, it is “車輪餅”, which pinyin is "Che lun bing". picture from 有時候 ➡️Food History. “Hong dou bing” make from Japanese, it is shape from "tong luo shao", like "picture 1",  picture from Eztoday At 1895 to 1945 B.C., they start to make "Hong dou bing", like this The crust is made of flour, eggs and sugar. The filling can be red beans, cream, or shredded.
