We have type of breakfast shop, one is Taiwanese local breakfast, another is mix with West culture breakfast, pic from liberty times net So, at first, i want to introduce the shop which is we mix West culture breakfast, like below by the way, some of us, we scare to speak english, so if they dont know what do you want to eat, you can pointing this. We eat mango ice in Summer of Taiwan!!

It is Taiwan mango season!! Our summer is in about June to August, and there are lots of mango now. We will add mango to ice, and also add ice material, such as taro balls, sweet potato balls, green tea balls, tapioca, vegetarian gelatin, cooked rice for making cake,  and so on. Do you ever heard "Ba- Wan" of Taiwan? Ba-wan is dialect which Chinese name is "肉圓((pinyin: ròuyuán)."Which is Taiwanese street food, consisting of a 6–8 cm diameter disk-shaped translucent dough made of sweet potato starch filled with a savory stuffing and served with a sweet and savory sauce. The stuffing varies widely according to different regions in Taiwan, but usually consists of a mixture of pork, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. And one of our city, which Changhua, it is considered to be the "standard" as it is the most famous and most widely imitated of all styles of ba-wan.

What is Lantern Festival ?

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets, attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is an essential part of the Festival. Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will get a little gift. The activity emerged during people's enjoyment of lanterns in the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata. Our climate is very cool, the most cold temperature is about 10 degree, the most low degree is about 35 degree. There are more foreigners for business in Taipei. Do you know where is instant noodles from? When Taiwan colony by Japan, there is man born here. Some day he waited in line for getting noodles, but take much time, and he think his wife fried the tempura, so he want to try it  too, then it noodle show up. His Chinese name is  吳百福“ Wú bǎi fú”, Japanese name is 安藤百福" Andō Momofuku" which birthday is 1910 A.D.in Taiwan  Chiayi Hall. Originally he is Taiwanese for keep his assets, when he married third wife, he turn to Japan by his Japanese wife.
