This chinese name is “紅豆餅”, which pinyin is "Hong dou bing", and we also have other name, it is “車輪餅”, which pinyin is "Che lun bing". picture from 有時候 ➡️Food History. “Hong dou bing” make from Japanese, it is shape from "tong luo shao", like "picture 1",  picture from Eztoday At 1895 to 1945 B.C., they start to make "Hong dou bing", like this The crust is made of flour, eggs and sugar. The filling can be red beans, cream, or shredded.
