This summer we went to hualien which is east of Taiwan. Alex, Cherring, Lorenzo and me. First location which is monkey hostel, but there is problem, cuz they cant use air conditioner by self.... it is very terrible, here is so hot. And you know we have two friends who from united states, so ...they gonna die haha but else is good, we go to night market in hualien which name is 東大門, Dongdaemun night market, this is night market more organize, they have 5 streets, we spent 3 hours in this place include the sit and eat.   First picture, we stand in second floor, then those pictures are all food which we like  large intestine package small intestine  chinese burger(outside is dough, inside is sauerkraut,  shallot, peanut and bacon) Mochi with peanut and sesame Those street foods are delicious, if you go there, you should try it, but how to go there, check below, 

Have you ever been to Taiwan or other place, I remember first time when i saw the forignersm they said "ni hao" to me, and ask me do you really say ni hao in taiwan, i said atcually we said hi to friend, and ni hao for officially placem, or yes, maybe sometimes we use ni hao, but we are not usually use it, haha so... anyway you can watch this video for reading chinese in easy way, like below, buttttt i have local chinese tone... so that's all haha

Have you ever tried bubble mile tea in Taiwan? I have some tips to you. Have you ever tried "red bean cake" in Taiwan ? It is not the salty flavor, we make sweet flavor in Taiwan. This chinese name is “紅豆餅”, which pinyin is "Hong dou bing", and we also have other name, it is “車輪餅”, which pinyin is "Che lun bing". picture from 有時候 ➡️Food History. “Hong dou bing” make from Japanese, it is shape from "tong luo shao", like "picture 1",  picture from Eztoday At 1895 to 1945 B.C., they start to make "Hong dou bing", like this The crust is made of flour, eggs and sugar. The filling can be red beans, cream, or shredded. There is famous food which is sandwich make by Taiwanese in Keelung. Chimei museum which is located in Tainan of Taiwan. Date of establishment in 1992. The museum consists of four filed, which are art, weapon, musical instrument, natural history. Musical instrument include lots of violin; Art include western painting sculpture; Weapon precious ancient weapons of all countries; natural history comprises the most larger specimen in Asia, and the scope covers mammals and birds on five continents. How to go there,  First, arrive the Taoyuan Airport then go to Taoyuan Mass Rapid transit, then buy ticket from Taoyuan to Taipei main station in machine about 160 TWD.
